Revision Policy

At FR Solutions LLC, we offer a flexible revision policy depending on the package you select. Our customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions. We will amend their design without extra charges, provided that the design and concept remain consistent. Please note that the Revision Turnaround Time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Deposited funds for a project will not be eligible for a refund once the initial design concepts are approved or requested changes are made, unless FR Solutions LLC terminates your Contract for reasons not
related to your breach or non-performance.

The refund requests are processed as per the following protocol:

  • Requests made before the delivery of initial design concepts are eligible for a Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • Should you wish to request a refund, it must be made when the initial logo concepts are presented. Once you approve or request modifications in the initial designs, the refund offer is rescinded and will not be considered.
  • If a refund request is made prior to the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund, subtracting a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you may be eligible for a 66% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Should a refund request be made between 48 to 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you may be eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
  • After 120 hours of your initial design delivery, no refund requests will be entertained. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and urge you to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • If no action is taken on your order for 30 days after its placement, no refund requests will be entertained. If you wish to reactivate your design order, a fee corresponding to your project will be levied.
  • Once final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has commenced or once the website is live.
  • For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained post-storyboard design.
  • All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. FR Solutions LLC retains the right to accept or reject your request, depending on the individual circumstances and any potential violation of our user agreement.
  • For bundle packages, the refund policy applies as it does for single packages. For instance, if you order both logo and web design service and approve the logo, you may request a refund for the website service at the initial design stage only. Refunds will be prorated based on the bundle discount.
  • A valid reason must be provided for a refund request, which will be assessed against the design brief and customer feedback. If the concept aligns with the brief, a refund will not be granted, but further revisions will be available until satisfaction is achieved.
  • We anticipate all orders to be placed in good faith. If a customer has placed similar design orders with multiple agencies with an intent to claim a refund, we do not consider it in good faith and reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All design jobs necessitate customer feedback prior to finalization, and active involvement and feedback are required to achieve desired results.

Resolution of Concerns and Transfer of Design Rights

In the event of a refund, the design rights will be acquired by FR Solutions LLC, preventing any display of any version of the design
sent by our company. You agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

My Account

The ‘My Account’ section serves as a key communication portal. It is your responsibility to regularly check the account area for any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Lack of frequent use or checking of the Account Area does not provide adequate grounds for a refund.

Quality Assurance Policy

To deliver a satisfactory output, our designers strictly adhere to the specifications provided by you in the order form. The designs are produced following extensive research, ensuring high-quality and uniqueness of the designs.

Domain and Hosting

Where applicable, domain and hosting will be provided free of charge with website packages. No refunds will be made for the hosting, domain, or email server package.

Delivery Policy

All design order files will be delivered to ‘My Account’ as indicated on the “Order Confirmation”. An email will also be dispatched to
inform you about your design order delivery made to your specific account area.

Record Maintenance

We retain a record of your finalized design after the delivery of the final files. Upon request, we can resend them to you in the future.

Our 24-Hour Customer Support is available to address your queries and concerns. We guarantee prompt responses to your inquiries.

Communication Policy

You agree that FR Solutions LLC is not responsible for any correspondence from email addresses other than those from our domain i.e., “..@frsolutions.co” or any toll-free number not stated on our website.

Access to Information

By accepting these terms & conditions, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. FR
Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny your access to any services or resources and to terminate or suspend your account at any time.

Exclusions

FR Solutions LLC will assist the client with the integration of 3rd party plugins and APIs, but any third-party integration required to
assist with the functionality of the website will be STRICTLY standard. All additional work will require a separate fee agreement.
